Create a New Import

Creating a new import and bringing your goods from US is simple and easy. Here you could find the step by step to create a new import in our ShipSavvy portal.

1. Log In to your dashboard and select the New Import button that you can find on the Top right of the dashboard tab or in the Shipping tab.

2. Choose if your import will arrive as a package or as a skid. If you select package, you will be able to choose from pick up or shipped it with our partner carriers. If you select skid, you will need to schedule and arrange a pickup with your carrier. 

3. Complete all the General Import Information according to your needs.

4. At this point you can choose to provide your tracking number or choose to only get an estimate. If you already have your tracking number, please provide your Carrier Name and check on the box that confirms you have the warehouse address correct.

5. You can select to add a New Vendor or search for the ones that you have saved. If you select to Add a New Vendor, complete all the required information.

You can choose to Save this Vendor to your Private Vendors click on the checkbox.

Note: this information would not be available for other customers, this would be saved only for you.

6. Complete your package information. You can click on the (+) sign to add more packages or to the (-) or trash icon to eliminate packages. Select the corresponding unit for your packages.

7. Complete all the information required in the Product declaration section.

You can add products clicking on the (+) icon or delete products clicking on the (-) or on the trash icon.

You can add a Proof of Value of your products clicking on the Choose file button of the Proof of value section

8. Click on the checkbox to confirm and finalize your products.

9. You can click to Save your Import & Pay it with other imports or Review the pricing and continue.

Click on Review Pricing if you don't want to add any other Import.

10. In the next page, you will see the details of your order. Review your order, add a new card o select a saved one. Check on the box to agree on the ShipSavvy Terms and Conditions and click on Complete Payment.
