Create a New return from a CA to US completed shipment

Creating a new return in our platform is simple, easy and fast, here is how you can create a new return from a completed CA to US shipment.


In order to use our Return Services from US to CA, you would need to activate your Import Services on the Portal and provide your Business and Importer Number. If you don't have an Importer Number, you could apply to get one with the help of ShipSavvy, just apply for yours on the portal.

1. Log In to your dashboard and look for your completed shipment. Go to your shipments and search for your shipment tracking number or go to your completed shipments and look for the completed shipment that you would like to return.





2. Open the order and click on Return this shipment



3. Select if you would like to pickup your package or deliver it to your home address.

Note: You can update the Ship From and Ship To information and add or delete packages according to your client requirements.



4. If you would like us to provide you a sender shipping label (label for your US address to our US warehouse address), select No on the FIRST MILE SHIPPING LABEL section and provide you SHIP FROM address.

Otherwise, click on Yes and provide your Carrier Name



5. Your package information will be pre-populated, you could choose to modify any of this fields and add or delete any packages if you want.

If you selected that you have your own first-mile shipping label, you would need o provide your tracking number for each of your packages.



6. The information of your Product Declaration Details will be pre-populated with the exception of the product category. Please complete the product category information. You could modufy the product quantity if you need to.




7. Confirm and finalize product by clicking on the checkbox. Click on Review Pricing or Save & Pay with other Imports



8. Select the shipping service that best acommodates to your needs and click on Review Pricing



9. Select or provide the Credit Card that you would like to pay with. Click on the ehckbox to agree to the ShipSavvy Terms & Conditions and then click on Complete Payment



10. Download your receipt and wait for your delivery or pickup notification
