Our streamlined process ensures timely delivery of your package(s) to their destination. In most of the cases, you can choose from our 3 different delivery types that are regular, expedited and express.

• Convenient Order Creation: With our user-friendly portal, creating shipping orders has never been easier. Simply input the necessary details and let us handle the rest. From label creation to tracking, we'll take care of everything for you.

• Full-Service Handling & Notifications: Sit back and relax while we take care of your shipping needs. You can choose to drop-off your packages or let us handle everything and we arrange a carrier to pick-up your package(s) at your address. We provide constant communication, and you can handle your notifications through our portal.

Import Services

ShipSavvy offers import services to streamline the process of receiving goods from the United States. Here's how it works:

• US Address for Package Delivery: We provide you with a US address where you can have your package(s) delivered from US-based retailers or suppliers.

• Cross-Border Transportation: Once your package(s) arrive at our US address, we'll transport them across the border to one of our three different warehouses located conveniently for your access, you choose where you want us to bring your package(s).

• Flexible Pickup or Delivery: Choose the option that suits you best. You can pick up your imported package(s) from one of our warehouses at your convenience, or if you prefer, we can deliver them directly to your address.

Return Services

We offer a streamlined returns process to help you to easily process your returns without sacrificing customers satisfaction.

• Seamless Return Process: Whether you need to return items within Canada or across the border from the US, we’ve got you covered. For US returns, you can purchase a first-mile label for carrier pickup from your address to our US warehouse, and we'll handle the cross-border transport back to Canada.

• Flexible Return Options: After your return arrives at our Canadian warehouse, you can choose to pick up your package or have it delivered to your address.

• FBA Shipment Returns: If you're an Amazon seller needing to return products from an FBA warehouse, ship your packages to our US warehouse or opt for a first-mile carrier service. We'll handle the cross-border transport, making sure everything is processed correctly. Once your package is received at our Canadian warehouse, you can pick it up or get your packages delivered to your address.
