Creating a new return in our platform is simple, easy and fast, here is how you can create a new return from a completed CA to CA shipment.
1. Log In to your dashboard and look for your completed shipment. Go to your shipments and search for your shipment tracking number or go to your completed shipments and look for the completed shipment that you would like to return.
2. Open the order and click on Return this shipment
3. The Ship From, Ship To and Package Information will be prepopulated
Note: You can update the Ship From and Ship To information and add or delete packages according to your client requirements.
4. Click on the checkbox to confirm and finalize products
5. Click on Save & Pay with other shipment or Checkout
6. If you clicked on Checkout, select the shipping service that you would like to chose and click on Pay Now
7. Select the Credit Card that you would like to pay with. Click on the checkbox to agree to the ShipSavvy Terms & Conditions. Click on Complete Payment
8. Download your labels and download your order receipt
