Can I Return My Package to the Vendor After It’s Been Received at the US Warehouse?

Yes, you can absolutely return your package to the vendor, even after it has been received at our US warehouse. ShipSavvy makes it easy to send your package back by following a few simple steps.


1. Log in to Your ShipSavvy Account


Start by logging into your ShipSavvy account.

If you created the import prior to your package arrival, please look for your order on your imports.



2. Select the Order that you would like to Return


Locate the order you wish to return to the vendor. Click on the cancel button. Since we have processed your packages already, you would need to Request a cancelation, our team would need to aprove your cancelation.



3. Once your cancelation is approved select the SHIP IT BACK TO VENDOR option


Once your cancelation has been approved, you would receive a notification on your dashboard. From the options that you can choose, click on I WANT TO SHIP IT BACK TO VENDOR.



4. Provide the label to return it to your vendor

A pop-up will open for you to attach the label to return the package(s) to your vendor, please click on choose file, select the label file and click on upload.



5. We'll handle the rest

We'll print your shipping label and reship your packages to your vendor.
