Activate my Import Services

To activate your Import Services, please follow the next steps:

1. Log In to your account and go to your Business Settings

2. Click on the Select this Service button of the Import Services Card

3. Once you select the Import Services, a new section will appear for you to complete it. Please provide your Legal Company Name and your Business Number if you haven't already completed

4. Complete the Returns and Import Documents section.

If you have and Import Number, please completed in the Import Number field. If you would like to apply for an Import Number with our help, please download the PDF form.

5. Upload the Import Number application

6. Download the POA document, completed and Upload it

7. Click on Save & Upload

Note: The status will update to Pending verification, please wait for our team to review your documents to start using our import services.
