Setting Up Your Account for Shipping

After creating your account, you need to complete some essential information to be able to start using our shipping services:

1. Complete Account Information: Enter your website address, business address, and company name. This information helps us verify your business and ensure accurate delivery of your shipments.

2. Complete the First Time User Questionaire: please provide this information to get started. This information help us understand your needs and provide better services for you.

3. Save Your Information: Be sure to save your account information once you've entered it. This step is crucial to making our shipping services available for you.

3. Select Shipping Services: The services button is going to appear available now, you need to select it, read the Shipping Compliance document and tick the checkbox to agree.

Setting Up your Account for Imports

To been able to benefit from our Import Services you will need to do the following:

1. Select Import Services: Click on the Import Services Select button. A new section will appear so you can complete the information regarding your business information.

2. Complete Business Information: A fill out your Legal Company Name and your Business Number.

3. Complete Import Number: You will also need to provide your Import Number. If you don't already have one, you can apply for one through this page as well. Download the Import Number application, complete it and upload it.

4. Power of Attorney: For us to act on your behalf during customs negotiations with US & Canadian Border Control, you'll need to download the Power of Attorney (POA) form provided in the Business Settings. This form allows us to represent you during customs processes. Fill out the POA with your details and once completed, upload the form.
