What are the fees associated with Storage?

We offer storage services to accommodate your needs, and our fees are structured to provide flexibility and convenience. 

Here are the fees associated with storage:

Light, Regular, and Oversized Packages:

Complimentary storage for up to 15 days after arriving at our Canada pickup locations or up to 5 days after being flagged and waiting for a user action in our US warehouse.

After the initial 15-day period, a nominal fee of $1 per day applies for continued storage.

Skids:

Complimentary storage for up to 5 days upon arrival at our Canada pickup locations or up to 5 days after being flagged and waiting for a user action in our US warehouse.

After the initial 5-day period, a nominal fee of $5 per day applies for continued storage.

Note: The maximum duration we can store your package for you is 30 days. After this period, your package will be flagged as abandoned and will be scheduled for discarding. There is a fee associated to discard your package that is $5.
