Can someone else pickup my package?

Yes, someone else can pick up your package(s) on your behalf. When your package is ready for pickup, you can designate someone else to pick it up by selecting the option “Someone else will pickup my package”. During this process, you will need to provide the person's email address. Subsequently, the designated individual will receive an email containing a form to confirm their full name and he would need to bring a photo ID when he approaches to pick-up the package so we could validate his identity.
