What can I do if I can’t pick-up my package?

If you are unable to pick up your package personally, there are a couple of options available. 

Firstly, you can designate someone else to pick up the package on your behalf. When your package is ready for pickup, you can designate someone else to pick it up by selecting the option “Someone else will pickup my package”, and they will be able to retrieve the package for you. You will need to provide the person’s email address. 

Alternatively, if you prefer to have the package delivered to your door, you can select this option when you are creating your order. Our delivery service will ensure that your package is safely delivered to the specified address.
