Create a New Shipment

Creating a new shipment in our platform is simple, easy and fast, here is how you can create your first shipment taking 

advantage of our great rates!

1. Log In to your dashboard and select the button + New Import that you can find on the Top right of the dashboard tab or in the Shipping tab.

2. Complete the SHIP FROM Information, you can choose a drop-off and start from any of our locations or you can chose your address with a local carrier.

3. Complete the SHIP TO information, completing your contact details, address, phone number and all the required information. 

*If this is an address that you would use frequently, you can save it to your address book clicking on the check box.

4. Complete you package details: weight, length, height, width.

* You can ad up to 10 packages

5. Depending on your shipment destination, you would need to complete some more details. If your shipment is being shipped to US, you would need to fill out the Product declaration details.

* Product description is a detailed description of the product in the packages, please be clear.

6. Finally, check the box to confirm all the information provided. You can Save the shipment and pay with other shipments latter or choose to go directly to checkout.
