Bulk shipping streamlines your order creation by allowing you to create multiple shipments to the same or different destinations, saving time and reducing costs. Here, we’ll explore common scenarios where incomplete shipments occur and teach you to complete them to check them out.
1. Missing Required Fields in Shipping Templates
Bulk shipping templates often have mandatory fields to ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy in order processing. However, if required information, such as product details, weight, or shipment destination, is missing, the system may flag the shipment as incomplete, preventing it from being processed.
What to do?: Go to your Incomplete shipment and click on it to open the view. Once you have it open, click on the Edit button located at the left side of the order. Complete all the missing information in the next page and click on Save & Pay with other shipments or go directly to checkout.
2. Last-Mile Shipping Labels
With our bulk shipping feature you can also provide your last-mile shipping label when you are shipping to USA. This feature is frequently used by FBA Amazon sellers. I fyou would like to provide your own las-mile shipping label, you would need to provide that information in the bulk template and after the Incomplete shipment is created you would need to upload all your last-mile shipping labels.
What to do?: Once the orders have been created, click on your Incomplete order that require the last-mile shipping label and click on the Edit button.
Once you are in the order, upload the last-mile shipping labels for each of your packages. If you haven't provide your Carrier Name and Tracking Number, you will need to provide that information at this point.
3. FDA Documentation for Food Products
When shipping food or consumable products to certain countries, like the U.S., specific regulatory documents are necessary. For example, shipping food items to the U.S. often requires Food and Drug Administration (FDA) documents. You need to attach this document after you have created your shipments.
What to do?: Once the orders have been created, click on your incomplete order that requires the FDA document to open the view and then click on the Edit button located at the left side.
Once inside the view, scroll down to locate the FDA upload field and upload your FDA document. Once attached, save & pay with other imports or go directly to Checkout.
