I forgot my ShipSavvy account password, how do I recover it?

There are two different ways that you can recover your password and here we'll go through each of them

1. If you are already logged in on the portal

Recovering your ShipSavvy account password is simple, just click into the Account Settings Tab that is in the left side bar, go the section Change Password and click on Forgot Password. 

You will be redirect it to the Forgot Password page, where you need to enter your ShipSavvy account email and click on the Send password reset link. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

2. If you are outside the portal

Visit the login page and click on the "Forgot my password" link to initiate the password recovery process.
