Why my Imports Tab is not available if I already submitted all the information?

If you've already submitted all the required information, our team will review it thoroughly within the following hours. During this review period, your import services will undergo verification and processing to ensure everything is in order. If you already submitted all the required documents and information, your account should look like this:




Upon successful creation or verification of your Import Number application and related information, your account will be activated for importing. This process could take some time, and you'll soon have access to the Imports tab and its functionalities.
