Bulk Download Feature for Shipping Labels

Applies to: ShipSavvy Portal → Shipping
Purpose: Quickly download and print multiple shipping labels at once (instead of do
wnloading labels one-by-one). ShipSavvy added this to support higher-volume workflows and teams with separate “create labels” vs “print labels” responsibilities.


When to use this

Use Bulk Download when you have multiple shipments with labels ready and you want one combined PDF you can print in a single batch.


Before you start

  • Ensure your shipments have labels already created (typically found under the Label Ready status/tab).


Steps: Bulk download labels

  1. Go to Shipping

    • In the ShipSavvy portal, open Shipping.

  2. Open the “Label Ready” view

    • Click the Label Ready status/tab to filter shipments that have labels ready to download. 

  3. Select the shipments you want

    • Use the checkbox beside each shipment to select 2 or more, or use Select All if you want to download everything in the list (when available).

  4. Click “Download labels”

    • A Download labels button appears at the bottom of the Shipping section once shipments are selected. (In some views, you may see a bottom button labeled Download all labels.)

  5. Review the summary

    • When the download finishes, ShipSavvy shows a summary.

    • If any labels fail to generate/download, the summary will list the failures and the reason(s).

  6. Download the consolidated PDF

    • Click Download consolidated PDF to get one file containing all selected labels, ready to print in a batch.


What you’ll get

  • A single consolidated PDF with the labels for the shipments you selected, so you can print them quickly and keep your daily processing moving.


Troubleshooting

“Download labels” button doesn’t appear

  • Confirm you selected multiple shipments (or at least more than one).

  • Confirm you’re viewing shipments in Label Ready (labels must be created first).

Some labels failed in the summary

  • Try again after refreshing the page.

  • If failures persist, open the affected shipment(s) individually to confirm the shipment details are complete, then retry bulk download.

  • If you still can’t download the label, contact support with the shipment IDs and the failure reason shown in the summary.

Consolidated PDF didn’t download

  • Check your browser’s Downloads folder.

  • Disable pop-up/download blockers for the ShipSavvy portal and retry.


FAQ

Can I still download labels one-by-one?
Yes—bulk download is an improvement for high-volume workflows, but individual label downloads are still available.

Can I bulk delete/void labels too?
ShipSavvy has also rolled out bulk delete/void options in the same “bulk workflow” initiative (where supported).
